We have only recently finished refurbishing our rooftop beer garden and smoking area. The seating arrangements have been improved to allow a more comfortable layout and better visibility of the TV screen if you’re there to enjoy a sporting event.
There’s improved protection from the elements with a new glass roof and a retractable canopy when we’re lucky enough to get a sunny day!
Don’t worry, all the old bric-a-brac is still there, the old advertising posters of beers, whiskeys and cigarettes to give you that feel of yesteryear. There’s even an old Players cigarette vending machine from the sixties.
We also have two sets of seats from the old Lansdowne Road Stadium which were used as Substitute Bench and Sin Bin respectively for both the home and away teams in all major Rugby and Football fixtures at the venue over many years.
